Complaint Process Instructions
1. Fill Out the Complaint Form Below:
Please complete the complaint form below and send it to us via email at sklep@fitoncydy.pl.
Wait for our response with instructions, which will depend on the type of product/service being complained about.
2. Prepare the Package:
- Include the following in the shipment:
- Printed complaint form
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice)
- Returned item
- Ensure the contents of the package are carefully secured to prevent damage during transit.
3. Send the Package:
